Verhaltenscodex

  • Wir setzen uns für ein friedliches und möglichst sicheres Festival ein, bei dem wir gemeinsam eine schöne Zeit haben können. Bitte gebt aufeinander Acht und verhaltet Euch rücksichtsvoll Euren Mitmenschen gegenüber, sodass sich alle wohlfühlen können.
  • Wir stellen uns gegen jegliche Form von sexualisierter, rassistischer, trans*feindlicher, homophober, ableistischer oder andere Arten von Gewalt sowie Diskriminierung.
  • Wir tolerieren keine übergriffigen, grenzüberschreitenden, diskriminierenden Verhaltensweisen, Handlungen, Androhungen oder Ausübungen verbaler oder körperlicher Gewalt.
  • Wo eine Verletzung der persönlichen Grenzen stattfindet, entscheidet allein die betroffene Person. Wir stellen das Erleben anderer nicht infrage. Achtet auf respektvollen und sensiblen Umgang mit anderen Menschen.
  • Wichtig: Nur ein eindeutiges Ja bedeutet Ja. Nein heißt IMMER Nein! Bitte handle immer nach dem Konsens-Prinzip und achte besonders darauf, wenn Du und Dein Gegenüber nicht nüchtern seid!
  • Ein Festival ist ein guter Ort, um neue Leute kennenzulernen: Bitte frage andere höflich nach ihren Pronomen. Du kannst anderen Menschen ihre Geschlechtsidentität nicht ansehen.
  • Bitte achte darauf, keine anderen Menschen ohne deren ausdrückliche Erlaubnis zu fotografieren!
  • Bitte verhalte Dich rücksichtsvoll Dir selbst und Deinen Mitmenschen gegenüber. Wir wünschen uns einen verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Konsum von Genussmitteln.

     Verstöße gegen unseren Verhaltenscodex führen zum Ausschluss von unserem Festival!

 

Awareness-Team

  • Wir vom Awareness-Team sind für unsere Gäste da.
  • Uns findet ihr im C5, gegenüber von den Toiletten im Audimax. Außerdem findet ihr uns auf dem Geländeplan.
  • Falls ihr uns kontaktieren möchtet, haben wir auf jedem Plakat unsere Telefonnummer, durch die man mit uns in Kontakt treten kann.
  • Wir laufen in pinken Westen rum und sind jederzeit erreichbar.

Codewörter

Wir unterstützten außerdem das Projekt „Wo geht’s nach Panama“, um unseren Gästen auf dem Campus Open Air Lübeck die Möglichkeit zu geben, niedrigschwellig nach Hilfe zu fragen, wenn sie sich aus verschiedensten Gründen unwohl fühlen. Du kannst das Codewort „Panama“ nutzen und damit einen Mitarbeitenden ansprechen. Dann wirst Du bei Bedarf umgehend in eine geschützte Umgebung begleitet und bekommst Hilfe und Sicherheit. Natürlich kannst Du uns auch ohne Codewort direkt ansprechen.
Abgesehen davon, sind Helfende auch auf folgende Codewort geschult:

  • “Wo ist Ulli”
  • “Ist Luisa hier?”
  • Bestelle einen “Angelshot”
  • Verwende unser Awareness-Handzeichen

Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to a peaceful and safe festival where we can all have a good time together. Please look out for one another and be considerate of your fellow festival-goers so that everyone can feel comfortable.
  • We oppose any form of sexualised, racist, transphobic, homophobic, ableist or other types of violence and discrimination.
  • We do not tolerate abusive, transgressive, discriminatory behaviour, actions, threats or the use of verbal or physical violence.
  • Only the person affected can decide when their personal boundaries have been violated. We do not question the experiences of others. Treat other people with respect and sensitivity.
  • Important: Only a clear ‘yes’ means yes. No ALWAYS means no! Please always act according to the principle of consent and be especially careful if you and the other person are not sober!
  • A festival is a good place to meet new people: please ask others politely about their pronouns. You cannot tell other people’s gender identity by looking at them.
  • Please be careful not to photograph other people without their express permission!
  • Please be considerate of yourself and those around you. We ask that you consume stimulants responsibly.

Violations of our code of conduct will result in exclusion from our festival!

  • We, the Awareness Team, are here for our guests.
  • You can find us in C5, opposite the toilets in the Audimax. You can also find us on the site map.
  • If you would like to contact us, our telephone number is printed on every poster.
  • We wear pink vests and are available at all times.
  • If you have any questions in advance, you can contact us by email at awareness@coal.uni-luebeck.de.

Code words

We also support the ‘Wo geht’s nach Panama’ (Where’s Panama?) project to give our guests at Campus Open Air Lübeck the opportunity to ask for help in a low-threshold manner if they feel uncomfortable for various reasons. You can use the code word ‘Panama’ to address a member of staff. If necessary, you will then be accompanied immediately to a safe environment and receive help and security. Of course, you can also approach us directly without using a code word.

Apart from that, helpers are also trained to recognise the following code words:
